Passion, what is passion? By definition passion is a powerful emotion. Passion could be so much more. You could have passion for anything. A sport, music, your job, painting or drawing, anything you think of. My passion is video games. Many people use their passion towards something to help them relax and remove the stress of responsibilities and life. I played video games since I was a little child. From Super Nintendo to Nintendo 64 to Playstation and Xbox and to the Xbox 360 and everything in between. A lot of people say that only nerds play video games and geeks, but the video game industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. If a person has a lot of passion for something he could make a career out of it. Many people wake up each morning going to work hating it and their life, but if you’re passionate about your life and the work that you do, it wouldn’t be considered going to work for you. It would be going to do something you enjoy everyday so you won’t hate waking up every morning. When everyone is a child and their second grade teacher asks them what do you want to be when you grow up, when that child responds he has that passion inside of him of a dream job that he wants to do. Not everyone can follow their passion towards that dream. If you’re really passionate about your dream you shouldn’t let anyone stop you. Your friends and family should support you every step of the way towards your goal. When you read this you’re going to think, “What am I most passionate about?” When you do think of it, and if you can make a career out of that, don’t let anyone stop you because in the long run you’re going to make yourself happy. If you don’t follow it you will probably regret not following what you’re most passionate about.
